Getting Started

Who is S2S Hardcore for?

Don’t let the name fool you. Regardless of your current fitness level, S2S Hardcore can be modified to meet you where you are! It may take a few individual sessions to help you learn coordinated movements and get acquainted with new equipment, but you can do it! This program was developed to resemble everyday movements, so it is for EVERYONE!

Do I need to do an Orientation First?

In order to provide the most individualized experience, it is recommended that all clients participate in a private orientation prior to participating in a group session. Knowing your goals is our priority.

How often should I do S2S Hardcore to see results or a benefit?

Case by case, but Pilates at S2S will enhance your current exercise regimen. Because of the nature of the method of STOTT Pilates, it can be done daily.

What do I need to wear and bring?
We suggest wearing clothes that you feel good in and are not too baggy. We are often on our backs so a pair of leggings or biker shorts are a great choice! If you have a favorite sweat towel, bring that along! We do have towels available if you forget! S2S facilities also have a water filling station if you would like to bring a water bottle. Additionally, we have water bottles for sale!

Session Types

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Individual training sessions last 55 minutes. These sessions are focused and hands-on, designed to develop your coordination, muscular endurance, total body strength, and overall fitness level. An instructor will lead you through exercises on all of our Hardcore equipment, as deemed appropriate by both you and the instructor. We recommend you complete at least three private sessions prior to joining a group session to ensure the safety and flow of our group classes.

DUO SESSIONS

Two individuals share a 55-minute session. These sessions can also incorporate many different types of equipment, both large and small. Each instructor is trained to modify exercises or positions as needed. Duo sessions are designed to achieve the goals of both individuals.

GROUP CLASSES

Hardcore small group classes will never have more than 8 people which allow us to recognize individual abilities and goals. This allows each individual to train safely and injury-free. Our instructors also provide one-on-one instruction throughout the class.
